Dave is an incredibly Responsive homeowner, very spacious house, extremely beautiful view, bathroom for each bedroom offered comfort and convenience for all guests, access to garage was great for loading and unloading ski gear each day, quick drive to Alpine with base to base gondola access.
This was the perfect space for spring skiing at Alpine! The house itself has great architecture and a beautiful view of the mountains - and it's right in the Mountaineer shuttle zone so you can easily get to the base of the mountain.
We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house is big with tons of space, and we especially appreciated that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It’s also fantastic for families with kids—the basement room with three twin beds was great. Also, great location: about 5 minutes to Alpine Meadows and roughly 15 minutes to Palisades. While the house is a bit older, it’s well maintained, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need—from kitchen supplies to plenty of towels. The management team was helpful and communicative, which made the entire process seamless. Check‑in and instructions were very clear. Overall, everything was very easy, and we’d absolutely stay here again.
