The private Lake Tahoe Park Association Beach is just two blocks away and access to this beach association give you the next best alternative to staying on the lake! In addition, you can catch the bike trail just down the street and enjoy miles of paved trails along the West
Shore or into Tahoe City, down the Truckee River, or all the way out to Palisades. So fun!

Note: While this property is very centrally located within Lower Tahoe Park, it is directly on West Lake Boulevard and subject to some road noise as a result. It’s generally not noticeable, but the main deck is located on the front of the house and faces West Lake Boulevard. If you’re sensitive to noise, this may not be the best property.

Bedroom is located upstairs and offers a Queen Bed. There is a shared bathroom located just outside the room.

Bedroom 4 - Two twin beds
Bededroom is also located upstairs and offers two twin beds. There is a shared bathroom located just outside the room (shared with Bedroom 3).
