A feeling of comfort emanates as soon as you walk through the doors of this lovely cabin. Downstairs, the living room exudes warmth and comfort with a leather sofa, comfortable lounge chair, gas fireplace and large Flat Screen SmartTV.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
Bedroom # 1 (downstairs) - 2 Twin Beds
Bedroom # 2 (upstairs) - Twin Bunk Beds & Twin Floor Mattress
Bedroom # 3 (upstairs) - King & Two Twin Mattresses in Loft
Guests will have full access to the main house and the right half of the circular driveway (area in front of main house). Note, however, that there is a detached garage on the left side of the property with a full time resident living in the apartment above. As such, guests will not have access to the detached garage or apartment unit above. The two structures are completely separated as depicted in the photos.
As a local property manager, I’m available as needed to ensure a comfortable stay. At the same time, I respect our guests privacy and will only visit if needed to provide guest support.

Great location, friendly service and a great home. Would definitely stay here again!!!
Great location on the west shore. Very close to Tahoe City restaurants and stores. But far enough to be not bothered by traffic on Hwy 28. Nice house with a great kitchen. There’s even an interesting loft in the master bedroom which the kids will like climbing up to. (The loft is very high, supervision is needed).
I booked this space about 3.5 hours prior to arrival so it was very last minute. Dave was really accommodating and responsive. We did not have a lot of options so this worked out great. We traveled 3 adults and 5 children. I think this place had a good layout to support our needs. We spent new years and went to Granlibbaken. I believe the best feature of the space is the fully equipped kitchen. We appreciated the many blankets throughout the home and really convenient location for our destination.
