You’ll love this charming 2 bedroom / 1 bath “pet friendly” tahoe vacation cabin! Centrally located within a short walk to many West Shore favorites, this cabin was originally fashioned and built by a designer for Disneyland. Lodging accommodations include a stone fireplace in one bedroom, a wood burning fireplace in the living room, knotty pine walls, washer/dryer, SmartTV, and high speed internet service. The kitchen is well equipped (sorry no dishwasher) and there is a large private, sunny, stone patio in the back of the cabin with gas BBQ.
Access to the ever popular Lake Tahoe Park Association Beach is included. Enjoy level parking for 2 - 3 cars directly in front of the cabin.
IMPORTANT NOTE - This is a newer listing for us (as of early 2025), but it’s worth mentioning that this home has been an active vacation rental property for many years and has over 100 Five Star Reviews. When we took over management of the property, the listing had to be rebuilt under our Property Management account. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to transfer legacy reviews over to the new listing. This home is exactly as advertised, very well maintained, and set up great to accommodate groups up to 4 guests. Please don’t hesitate to reach out should you have any questions.
The cabin is centrally located in the Pineland area and is a short walk to some of the best and most iconic west shore destinations: Sunnyside Resort, Firesign Cafe, West Shore Market and Shadyside Lounge. You can also catch the bike trail just a few blocks from the cabin and enjoy miles of paved trails along the West Shore or into Tahoe City, down the Truckee River, or all the way out to Palisades. So fun!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a comfortable and pleasant place to relax, and everything was just fine for my trip. Thanks for hosting!
This cozy cabin is a piece of Tahoe history and it was a treat to stay here. The original mill work, hardware and fireplaces are so charming and well maintained. The stall shower while quite basic had excellent water pressure (which I’d trade over fancy tile work any day.) And we didn’t mind hand washing dishes. Host Dave was friendly and accommodating. The bikes, wagon, etc were generous amenities and we saw a stockpile of firewood for wintertime. It’s just an adorable rustic spot and we can’t wait to come back. Location and LTPA access was unbeatable too.
We stayed here two nights in Mid October for my wife’s birthday. It was chilly outside and this was the coziest little place to come back and relax in. They even had a pre-made fire setup, ready to light. There was extra firewood cut and ready, bikes available to use, and all of the necessities. Very well thought out, and beautifully decorated as well. We will be back.
