In addition, you can catch the bike trail just down the street and enjoy miles of paved trails along the west shore or into Tahoe City, down the Truckee River, or all the way out to Palisades.

Really nice location to Palisades and Alpine. Spacious living room and kitchen for a bigger group with plenty of kitchen utensils and bathroom utilities. Host was really responsive and the check in/out instructions were straightforward!
Great house, even better host. House feels open and cozy. Cafe and restaurant in walking distance, if you don't feel like cooking in the fantastic open kitchen. Lots of room for people to sleep, several bathroom, perfect for a family gathering in the snow. Loved the place and hope to stay there again.
We had an amazing stay at Hydeaway. The location is fantastic, the cabin perfectly met our needs and the host was happy to address our requests. We especially enjoyed meals and games at the large corner table. Altogether our stay at this cabin added a lot to our visit to Lake Tahoe.
