IMPORTANT NOTE - This is a newer listing for us (as of early 2025), but it’s worth mentioning that this home has been an active vacation rental property for many years and has over 100 Five Star Reviews. The cabin is centrally located in the Talmont neighborhood up above Lake Tahoe and within a short 5 minute drive to some of the best and most iconic west shore destinations: Sunnyside Resort, Firesign Cafe, West Shore Market and Shadyside Lounge. The Lake Tahoe Park Association Beach is also a short 5 minute drive away, with access to this beach association affording you the next best alternative to staying on the lake!

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the simple access to Paige Meadows / hiking trails just a few blocks from the cabin. Or you can catch the bike trail down below and enjoy miles of paved trails along the West Shore or into Tahoe City, down the Truckee River, or all the way out to Palisades. So fun!
