Come and enjoy this recently remodeled "Pet Friendly" Chalet in the heart of Chamberlands!

This is a truly unique home that exudes rustic charm along with modern appointments throughout. You'll love the open "shared space" concept with spacious loft sleeping areas surrounding the great room below. With a central Chamberlands location, easy level access and free shuttle to full beach, pool & tennis privileges (summer only), this house is perfect for couples, a group of friends or families alike! The house is very well equipped and can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Please note, however, that due to county ordinance, we’re only allowed to host up to 6 adults. Additional children under age 16 are welcome up to a max occupancy of 10.

The house was remodeled in 2019 and features a blend of natural wood and rock throughout. It has a very warm and cozy feeling to the house that is accentuated by the unique blend of traditional bedrooms along with open concept loft sleeping areas.

The bed configuration is as follows:
Bedroom # 1 - Queen (downstairs)
Bedroom # 2 - Two twins (upstairs)
Main Loft Area - Queen (upstairs)
Small Loft Area - Full (upstairs)
Front Loft Area - Queen Sleep Sofa (upstairs)

Please note that the loft sleeping areas are an open concept in that they overlook the great room below. Each loft area is separate from one another, however, they do not contain 100 % privacy walls (as is the case with traditional bedrooms). For those seeking complete sleeping privacy, this may not be the ideal situation. The two traditional bedrooms are most suitable in that regard.

There are multiple flat screen TV’s located throughout the home including a double screen set up along with an Xbox and Play Station in the front gaming loft!

Guests have full access to the home, however there may be a locked closet or cupboard for owners items. We have local property manager engaged to help with any issues that may arise throughout your stay.

Chamberlands is a true gem to be discovered in Lake Tahoe. Located between Homewood and Tahoma on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, this neighborhood offers wonderful woodsy locations with many properties bordering on streams. There are approximately 300 homes in the Chamberlands subdivision, but only around 100 have access to the pool and tennis courts!

All homes have access to a private section of the beach and can use shuttle service for transportation from their homes to the beach. The shuttle departs every half hour on the hour beginning at 11am with the last regular run at 4:30pm. The shuttle operates daily from approximately July 1st – August 20th.

Chambers Landing Restaurant is a local’s favorite and located right next to the private beach area on the water. During the summer, offering an outdoor bar and grill during the day and open for fine dining in the evenings, Chambers Landing Restaurant has it all! The restaurant is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Pull up and park your boat at the dock to enjoy all that Chambers Landing on the lovely West Shore is known for. A long wooden pier stretches out into the blue water with a small bar serving the famous “Chambers Crush”. A white sandy beach and supervised swimming area is perfect for enjoying a day with family or friends. The restaurant itself features wonderful Tahoe mountain ambiance and outstanding food. It's a short distance to the Chamberland's Shuttle to the lake where you can enjoy the private beach, pool and tennis during Summer. Full membership to the Chambers Landing Recreation Association (including Pool & Tennis access) included with this property.

Minutes from skiing at Homewood Mountain Resort. Close to Squaw Valley / Alpine Meadows. Short drive to Tahoe City. Close proximity to Obexer's Market and Tahoma Market, Dog & Bear, Cult Burger, West Shore Cafe and Where We Met Coffee Shop. Bring your bikes and enjoy the west shore bike trail.

Beautiful and very comfortable home with an excellent location - close to the lake and easy beach access! Had a fabulous stay!

This place was clearly designed with care. It has the coziness of an Alpine cabin but with the comfort and quality of a really well-done hotel suite. Unlike a lot of ski lodges that feel thrown together with random rustic furniture, this one actually feels considered and comfortable. The scale of the house also gives you room to breathe and enjoy the views instead of feeling cramped. The decks were probably my favorite part. They’re large, comfortable and get enough sun throughout the day that we found ourselves spending a lot of time out there. There’s one private bedroom downstairs. The rest of the sleeping areas are upstairs in an open loft overlooking the living room. They’re not fully enclosed bedrooms but the layout still gives everyone a reasonable sense of privacy, plus there’s another living area and bathroom upstairs which helps a lot. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.
