Both of them have really premium appliance / fixtures, they does not seem to be build for vacation rental but more like self living / vacation home. We suggest pay more attention on their house manual and make good use of them. Not everything work as hoped - each time we hit something that does not work and infeasible to fix during our stay. Likely the result of negligence of proper usage during continuous rental through time. If I were Dave, I would replace them with sturdy commercial grade, but less premium stuffs. We recommend to stay with Dave’s place - the value well pays your price, not everything are perfect - even at our own home." (10/5)
