Went skiing at Palisades, only a 12ish-minute drive. Close to Tahoe City, and the lake trail is right across the street, which can be busy at times. The place was an upscale hotel, no kitchen, just a Keurig, hot water, and a small fridge, which worked perfectly for us. Comfortable bed and pillows. Small shared patio with a blinder for some privacy from the neighbors. Dave was great, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place if this is what you are looking for.
We stayed here for a ski weekend and it was a good place to crash. It was a pretty barebones place with the essentials.
We had a great stay with our dog, Winston! Our favorite part was how convenient the location was, literally less than a minute drive into town or a short 5-10 minute walk.
